We got there and, check-in was really easy. The staff found our booking fast, so we didn’t have to stand around waiting or anything. They explained everything in a simple way, and we were inside within just a few minutes. So yeah, it was a really nice start to the day.

Parking was really straightforward and close to the entrance, which is what I look for. It took a few minutes to get out when we were leaving, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was easy and hassle-free.

Booking online was super easy. The pages loaded fine, payment went through without any weird issues, and I got the confirmation email quickly. Nothing fancy, but it literally worked exactly like it should.

We had my son's birthday party at Thrillz, and our host really made the whole day so much easier. I’m usually the one running around at family parties trying to keep everything on track, so it was such a relief to have someone keeping the kids moving, helping with the food and cake, and just staying on top of everything. She was super friendly and patient, even when the kids got loud and excited. it made the party way less stressful for us parents. I’d definitely book again.

Overall, we had a good time and I’m glad we went. A few of the rides had longer waits than I expected, but the lines did start moving faster later in the day, so it wasn’t too bad. Still, whoever runs this really needs to have more staff around during the busy times because that would make a huge difference. Not perfect, but definitely still worth going...

The kids definitely had a good time, so that part was a win. I did start noticing a pattern quickly though: every time they got excited about something, there was another long line waiting for us. After a while, it made the day feel more tiring than fun for the adults. Overall, okay for families, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some pages looked a little busy on my phone, and one menu was kind of frustrating to tap. Maybe that was just me being impatient, but it stood out a bit. Overall though, it worked fine, and I appreciated that the important access info wasn’t buried somewhere hard to find

At one point we had no clue where we were supposed to go first, and one of the team members jumped in and explained it so clearly without making us feel awkward about it. They were also really kind with my son when he got nervous about one of the activities, which I appreciated a lot in the moment.

I’d probably give it 4 stars just because it was busy, and I did have that instant “oh no” feeling when I saw the crowds. But to be fair, the staff handled it really well and kept things moving, so overall it was a really positive visit.

Took my kids to Thrillz Parks and yeah, we had a good time. The place was mostly clean which was nice to see, especially since it was busy. Toilets were alright, not spotless or anything, but better than I thought they’d be. Food areas looked wiped down and the bins weren’t all packed full. There were a few little bits of litter around, but staff seemed to be on it. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the bathrooms were checked a bit more often

I had a really good time. My little mental shortcut is usually, if the snacks are fresh and the drinks don’t feel overpriced, I’m already happy, and this place passed that test. The food was better than I expected, everything tasted fresh, and the counter staff was friendly. I’d definitely grab food there again next time.
